At £230 it's not worth doing "time" over...

It is sad that people are doing this to any business owner, small or big. I know how hard Tytti has worked to build up her shop and how hard she works to keep it going so it makes me very angry that she and other business owners have to deal with this.

I hope the watch didn't end up in the bin but makes it back to the shop one way or another and than both the shop and the watch company had some good publicity out of it.
