Has anyone retrofitted the Alcon callipers from the armoured FF onto a lesser/lighter model? Just had a look on the parts cat and i couldnt think of a reason that they wouldn't just bolt on.......

and they weren't too expensive relatively speaking...... £777 +vat per caliper

until i looked at the price of the discs.£1600 +vat for the pair

and the price of the pads £650 +vat

so those of you who whinge a little at the price of the 6 pot kit on the 4.4's and 5.0's take note.......  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
