I topped my washer fluid up today and noticed that as I was putting water in it was coming out of the passenger side headlamp washer jets, only a small jet less than an inch high. It seemed to trickle to a stop after a minute or so. Has anyone else noticed this?

I did wonder if this was connected to my battery problems because it was running constantly but I've never noticed any puddles before so doubt it is always running.
