Month 4 of ownership - my first proper fault/problem! | |
Hi All,
As the title suggests, I've had my RR since January and it's run beautifully so it was probably overdue an issue - this one's come with a bang
I started her up yesterday and was greeting with the following messages on the display:
> CHECK BRAKE FLUID <
> HDC INACTIVE <
> AIR SUSP. INACTIVE <
I also noticed some fluid leaking onto the street below the car, so I checked under the bonnet and the Brake Fluid Gauge was reading at MIN. It was since fallen to below MIN over the last day. It therefore looks like I've got a brake fluid leak somewhere below the area between the front/rear doors on the N/S.
The air suspension seems to have deflated and locked up too and it wasn't driving well. Could these all be related to the brake fluid problem or have I been smacked with three separate issues at once?
Any guidance appreciated. I will book it into my local indy LR specialist as soon as they re-open after the holiday weekend, although they usually have a two week waiting list
Thanks,
