Good afternoon I have just changed the oil and filter on my gearbox and put in some Dr tranny also I did the shift control reset where you hold accelerator down ignition on hold for 60 sec ignition off release pedal can any body tell me if they have done this and how much will the box re learn ie change gear according to driving style smoothing out gear changes extra cheers Steve

It just resets it's learning process, can lead to very harsh gear changes and has been linked to causing problems with the box, can take a while for it to calm down, if it does at all.. Pete
