I have a speaker that has gone in the front passenger door, booms on bass. I thought the issue was the sub-woofer which I have now changed and the issue still exists and is coming from the door speaker so the question is....

What size are the lower speaker (or supplier thereof) in the door and how do I change it? Anyone got a link to a video on how to get at it?

There are several options for door speakers too... Ranging from £60 - £600 for OE replacements... Check price with your MD first would be my advise sir

It has to be a standard ish 6" speaker. A replacement Linn speaker would be well less than £600. I guess I'll need to take the door card off and have a look. 2011 4.4 TDv8 Vogue SE

It was a flippant comment which wasn't really directed at Craig's helpful post.

I've re-done the speakers in Linn Sara's sometime ago and they didn't cost £600....so I was a little taken aback as to why a £30 speaker would cost upwards of £60. Anyway, I'll take the car off and see what size if is and get a pair as a replacement. 2011 4.4 TDv8 Vogue SE
