Sat nav screen

Is it possible to have the glass/plastic screen replaced on the sat nav with a new piece?

The cars I'm looking at all seem to have wear and scratch sat the most commonly touched areas and was thinking it would look better replaced.

Just the surface touch screen not the whole unit.

I would think it would be expensive to get it replaced. But sticking a touch screen protector from a tablet or something over it would probably hide the wear quite well?
