There is a chance you can remove the light, take the full beam bulb out and hook/reattach the offending trim with either long nose pliers or even a long reach medical grips through the bulb hole  | ||

 Yes, I just followed the descriiptions in the wiki and the youtube video; used a hot air blower and gently removed the gllass, I then glued the loose reflector in place. Not as difficult as I thought, avtually! | ||
