I used to work around there, very mixed area with a very high local authority/housing association population in converted houses. Escorts, drug dealing and gangs didn't even try to hide their professions.

Then alongside this you have recent high end developments for Russian and Arab cash investors with somewhat questionable (read Mafia) backgrounds.

Hence would not be surprised about gun crime from either end of the wealth angle. Tom
