Not mad at all!. Wonderful to see another RRC life prolonged. I really enjoyed restoring my RRC and was very sad to se it go. I keep looking to the next project.

Thanks Ajac, it is a 3.9 , 95 on an N soft dash, among the last 500 made according to the VIN, rotten? yes but not for long |

Its an LR specialist in Ayrshire, will see how they do, all work I have viewed so far is top notch, only a sympathetic restoration not a concours one. Plus a couple of suspension upgrades, nothing wild, keeping the original wheels etc. |

Will get pics as ongoing Pete, dont know how that front wheel got there ! Staying with the type on the rear with a discussion re tyres as having a 1.5" lift. |

I always ran 235/85/16's with a mild lift, fills the arches nicely.... |

And depending how original you want to go, that colour is Ford Mercury Grey... IMHO a lovely colour for the Classic Pete
