I had a jag v12, and a rat ate some underbonnet wiring, I had to scrap the car. -there's hardly room for a mouse to run about there.
a few years ago, (where I tinker on cars,) I had a garden drain issue, I had an interceptor drain built out under the lid, and it then allowed rats to climb past, and up through a vertical old stack pipe, , the rotters got in my garage, there was nothing there to eat, so they trashed anything cloth like. but they found three packs of wallpaper paste, and ate the lot. I set four traps and caught four in one night. I stared at them, and thought I better deal later on, left them there for 12 hours, and returned in better clothing to deal, and two had been completely eaten.
the battle lines were stepped up!
bl00dy rats!
that guy should thank the rats they ate his fuel pipe, and not his flexi brake pipes.
tip, deal fast with traps. -poison takes ages, and they rot and stink!
