Well we've been royally ripped off by a LR Dealer near Swindon (Wooton Basset) who have now changed their name! It will never go back to a main dealer and will be serviced by Harry in our village from now on who charges less than 1/3rd of the extornonate dealer rates!

If I have things done to a car, I just make a list, print it and leave it on the dash and with the service manager / mechanic as well. Not fool proof but it usually helps |
