I'm exactly the same, recently replaced the air bags on the TDV8 and JLR wanted £690 ex VAT for one, Island 4x4 were £600 inc VAT for both. Same part, Delphi... Didn't try Dan admittedly... Ed

Well after escalating to a paypal claim, suddenly i receive an email from them saying they tried to issue the refund this week but it was rejected by paypal.......

Strange how i had zero response from them over the course of several weeks but after a paypal claim i suddenly get a reply.

There is some complaint that paypal claims "complicate a simple refund", seems to be ignoring the fact they should have processed this 'simple refund' before it got to a paypal claim! I've also got their "our t's&c's say refunds take 10-14 days from return". Fair enough, except it the claim was opened 20 days after a returned the items....

Getting your money back though... Eventually... So
