Hi all

I seem to have muted the car speakers for the phone, the mute button shows what looks like a microphone with a line through it, but even if I managed to get this button active, pressing it does not seem to make any difference. The phone pairs with the car fine. I get a message on the screen telling me I have incoming call, but no ringing tone or sound when I accept the call. I've tried un pairing then re pairing the phone, no change.

Anyone have an idea what's happened.

The volumes for the different functions, nav, phone etc can be set independently of the head unit volume.

Press and hold the tone button under the power knob. Press phone on the screen , check the volume level.. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thanks for the info, I have turned up the volume on the phone setting and this seems to have done the trick. Can't think how I managed to turn it off
