These engines are pretty bulletproof. I recon the most reliable ever fitted to an rr.

They might be bulletproof, but they aren't numpty proof. I'm just shocked that the engine ran so well with 4 out of 7 nuts missing on the inlet manifold |

Hi Tim, yes it is a relief that some of the injectors were dud. I did consider doing a leak back test, but decided that having them tested on a proper rig would be better, as they test for worn nozzles too, something that a leak back wont show. Plus they clean them too, so they are as good as new and covered by a Bosch warranty |
