Hi Dan,
I have found the source of my steering column adjust and lack of heated wheel woes.
basically previous owner/cowboy has attacked the wiring and done a bad job at repairing it.

The plastic connector into the switch pack only has 1 side left so it doesnt 'plug/snap' in and the metal ends that the cables go into are all broken so the circuit is no more.

Do you sell any sort of connector or repair wiring for this area?
I've tried to show which connector it is below.

I cant find it in the electrical library that I have.

Failing this i will have to go the hunt at a scrap yard.

Ill have to PM my VIN later but its basically the seat ECU with memory function option that you'll want to look into to find the connector.... hopefully!
