There is no legal requirement to inform the police if you fit them, unfortunately there is a "duty of care" you must follow for "anyone" who enters your property, as long as it can't harm them then it should be fine...

Unless the CCTV showed me catching them as well then not much point, from what the locals have said they are usually hooded or balaclava'd up with gloves and the lot |

I had thought that i could burn them at the stake, but apparently its polluting and would mean i would need to carry some petrol and a lighter in the car... That just sounded like extra work should the time come |

Kingpleb, get a couple of decent dogs, works for me, any slight noise the are out the door full tilt, I defy anyone with 2 Labs and a Great Dane running at them not to think twice, very territorial my dogs |
