Cubby box damper - Help

The damper for the cubby box on my car went kaput.
I'm tired of having the lid drop with a big bang everytime I reach for something inside.

I checked the parts system and the code for the damper is:
FWY000020
Problem is, LR doesn't have it.
LRdirect doesn't have it.

It reads obsolete!!

Can anyone help me?
What type of damper do I need that can replace it?
Where can I find one?
