I'm only 5 months into my 2012 WM, bought from main dealer. A few weeks back on a long journey, several hundred miles from home , the low coolant light appeared in the dash (having only done a few thousand miles from collection it was a surprise!) I was close to Pentland LR in Edinburgh, of course it's always sat aft things go wrong, however the reception introduced the duty manager who found an off duty lead tech on his way home who came out and looked at the car for me, came out of workshop with 5lt coolant, topped it up, checked the hoses and said just keep the rest in the boot just in case it's a wider problem - no charge! (no recurrence!). Just the other day the car went into limp mode, LR support there within the hour, split HP turbo manifold hose (no connection to other problem) - car left at Marshalls Bedford - literally brand new Evoque HSE Lux provided - 3 days later the car was ready - with all 4 hoses replaced and the car treated to a great valet. I've been lucky to own Mercedes, Audi and BMW in the last few years but I have to say the LR service from both dealers and the LR roadside support team received to date has been first class, professional and very friendly. I just want say thanks to all involved ! I know we often see the bad on the forum but they do get it right sometimes as well ...
