Italy 2006 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Epsom Green

Hi everyone!!!
I'm Filippo from south of Italy.
I own my firsth Range Rover since last month. It's a FFRR 2006 Vogue Green.
I know it was a risky purchase, no warranty, 170000 km, and turbocharger problems, but I fell in love at first sight...
It was not easy to find in Italy the 2006 model engine bmw TD6 under 200000 km, below € 10,000 and full full optional (Rear enternaiment system, adaptative xenon headlight, ecc)...
I solved turbocharger problem with a new core assy, I replaced all oils and now through this wonderful forum I'm trying to understand and solve other small problems.
Thanks to all and sorry for my little english... Bow down

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Chawton White

Hi guys

Ive just joined the fold, having bought a 2010 5.0 SC Autobiography in (I think) Chawton White.

I have previously owned some similar vehicles i.e. X5, Discovery 3, but so far this seems to be the real deal!

Now you will have to excuse me while I delve into some threads on how to fix various things(!)

Alex

Australia 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Adriatic Blue

Hello all.

I'm Ron Beckett from western Sydney in Australia.

Some might recognise my username, p38arover, from RangeRovers.net (I used to be an Admin there when John Brabyn owned the site) and from AULRO (where I'm also an Admin).

I bought a 2004 4.4 L322 last week and it's at the mechanic already with an auto transmission problem. Hopefully, it's "only" a fluid leak, there's a lot of fluid sprayed back under the car.

The L322 is my 4th Rangie (1983, 1986, 1995, and 2004). I've also owned a 1984 V8 County 110, a 1995 300Tdi Disco 1, and a 1963 Series II. Obviously, there are problems with my head.

Whilst I know the P38A fairly well (as some who have used the RRNet main site might have seen), the L322 is a new learning curve - probably a steep one, too.

Anyway, here are my current beasts:

United States 2006 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver
Proud owner of 2006 Range Rover HSE

Several years ago, I bought a p38, had it towed and pushed into my garage. Four months later, I drove it out My initial plan was to simply flip it. During the next two years, I repaired and/or restored every feature of that P38 and when it was like new, I sold it. Next, I bought a 1991 Classic and following the same pattern, I repaired and sold it. I then bought a BMW X5 equipped with the 2-Axle Air Suspension and the 4.4L engine. I learned that the L322 for the years 2003-2004 shared many platforms with the X5 and I started my search for the L322. It was then that I learned of the changes in the 2006-2009 and the features that I wanted-touchscreen navigation, etc. At the same time, there was a new engine, the Jaguar 4.4L. Years ago, I owned a Jaguar XJS with the V-12.

About a month ago, I bought a one-owner 2006 with 213,000 miles. The previous owner had driven this car 50 miles per day commuting. He simply wanted a new Range Rover and paid the $100,000 for a new one. This vehicle was well maintained by Land Rover. Every feature works perfectly and it looks like a new car. I picked it up and drove it over 200 miles home. So I had a good test drive. It was flawless.

I bought the OE Trailer wiring harness kit and installed it. I am also thinking that I like the grill and side vents that are on the Supercharged version. Other than that I have nothing to do at present. Even in the short kterm if I have to replace the engine, I am still ahead based on the price I paid.

Since I know nothing about the Jaguar engine, I will be asking for help should the need occur. Thanks in advance for your help. 2006 Range Rover HSE 4.4L Jag Engine Zambezi Silver/Charcoal Leather
