Hi there not sure id know how to use it yet but im after a second hand iid tool my car is 2006 56 would prefer the bluetooth version ,carnt afford a new one as spent all my money on my tdv8 ....only joking im too tight to buy new

In the same boat, looking for a 2nd hand BT bluetooth IID for my MY06 L322
Obviously your in pole position should only 1 be lying around in someones garage

Ive looked around at new and seems to be wide range in price what should i be looking at as a good price new for wireless version and what model is it exactly thanks in advance

For your info, any Iid tool can be purchased, in the model you require, non Bluetooth or BT model
When you pay the activation with gap and download the software to update the tool it is then loaded with the registered model files.

So if you get a cheap offer of a new one or an old one it can be updated from a certain version to be as new out of the box, the unit has no moving parts so there is no excuse in it looking like new when you get one  Current vehicles

Any IID BT can be used, as the firmware and internals are identical

In the recent Group Buys, all tools were bought as D3 tools, but used on D3/D4, RRS/RRS2, Def 2 and FFRR

The non-BT tools need to be the correct number

I have one which I bought with the car from a decent chap on this Forum. I seem to recall I paid an extra £200 for it. He showed me how to use it both connected via Blue Tooth and on the Dash. My car is a 2006 SC.
Since then I have never used it and to be honest, have no idea how to use it. He said it is a must but then again he know more about cars than I do!! I was planning on selling it. Make me an offer
