Replacement parcel shelf

Hi all, I have just bought a 2007 TDV8 with Ivory leather and the rear parcel shelf is a bit of a mess, can anyone recommend where to get a replacement? I have checked ebay and they have a couple of black ones, but I can't find any links on the internet for ivory at all.

Thanks

Rather than buy a 2nd hand one for £200 which might not be in pristine condition you may be better getting it recoved

There were two ivory ones on Ebay in the last week/ten days so worth watching out for.

Found an ad for a new one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Range-Rover-Vogu...M_7op-JpXQ

Is it just dirty or is it torn/damaged? If just dirty it might be worth trying Autoglym Interior cleaner with a light scrubbing action using a soft nail brush or similar then hose it off with clean water - admittedly it was summer when I did mine so dried fairly quickly. When I bought my car the rear load cover looked like it had been used by the local coalman, lots of black dirty splodges - it was so bad the seller didn't show it to me at first. After cleaning it came up like new. Worth a shot before splashing out on a new one.

As mentioned above, they are reasonably expensive second hand.

If it's not frayed, or torn, I would suggest as the above poster does. I used autoglym interior cleaner for stubborn areas and then a wet and dry machine for the rest. It came up looking perfect. You can rent wet and dry carpet machines from larger supermarkets if you don't have one.

I have my own machine, but have used these before... http://www.rugdoctor.co.uk/rent

You can also buy the locating pins separately if yours are damaged or missing;

Thanks all for the replies. It's not that it's dirty as such, but it looks like it's been scrubbed so hard what little finish there was has gone and it's now horrible hard rough plastic. Having had a L322 before and knowing what it should look like, it's a mess! I saw the advert on ebay for the parchment one - how close would that be to ivory? I like the idea of recovering too. I would like to replace with the correct colour, but may stick to black as it won't need cleaning as often. I will keep an eye on ebay....

i think i'd be inclined to just cover it in vinyl.

Parchment is slightly darker than Ivory, i reckon it'll just look dirty when fitted next to all your white leather.

Ruffy, you are in luck!

I've just px'd my 55 SE, we never used the shelf due to having a dog cage and it never went with the car when sold.

It's been sitting in my shop's basement for the past 6 years so will dig it out if you are interested.

Let me know and we'll agree on a price after you've seen pics of it.

When i had my l322 I had mine recovered in exact ivory leather by auto upholsterers in London and looked brilliant and perfectly matched ivory leather.

Well worth it.

Parchment is very close to Ivory, but it is slightly darker. I could not find an Ivory one for ours and ended up buying a very good Parchment one.
At a glance there is not too much difference. I will see about a photo tomorrow for your comparison.
