Hi all

Just wondering if anybody had adapted or modified the newer fog lights from 2006-2010 or 2010-2012 to fit a 2004 model.
Lights for 2004 - part no xbj000042 & 52 are currently about £80 each
Lights for 2010 - part no xbj000080 & 90 can be got for around £40 for the pair (pattern parts of course)

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Bb51, I looked into this last year and I think you will find the newer fog lights have 4 attachment screws, whereas the earlier models have 3.
I'm sure someone on here managed to adapt the later ones, and I think the plug is also different.
Maybe a little engineering on the bracket and plug it can be done.

If it's any consolation you can buy the 2004 Foglights for about £64 each. Still expensive though when compared to later versions.

Thanks for the links. I'm going to give the modification route a try.
