Not sure what section so will post here.
The Drivers seat valance on my car is badly smashed and devoid of the alloy trim. It was like that when I got the car, hanging off, lumps missing. I bodged it up, lots of hot glue then black paint to get it complete enough to secure. I have since been looking in vain for a second hand one. If there is anyone who has or know of a reasonably complete valance with the alloy bit intact? I would be interested to buy it, any colour. I am extra keen at the moment as I have a friend visiting Oz from kent in a couple of weeks who is willing to bring it over.
I am hoping someone has replaced theirs and has an old one laying around. 2007 TDV8 VSE

Are you talking about the bit on the side of the seat where the seat adjustment buttons are? You can buy them new for around £120. I did about a year ago as all the clips had broken on my old one.

Don't think you will find any decent second hand ones, they are made of very poor quality plastic and get squashed every time you get in the car, they only last a few years...

I patched mine up then covered it with vinyl painted to match the interior, but I had the chrome bit so it didn't look too bad...

I am not hoping for a fully intact pristine one however I doubt anyone has got one as bad as mine. I am sure there must be something better gathering dust somewhere. Getting a new one is out of the question cost wise at the moment so a less battered used one would be a great improvement.

Yep, that's had it... why not send off some messages to all the people breaking L322's on ebay and see what they have... Pete
