2010+ facelift and adaptive/cornering lights question

I am collecting parts for my 2012 facelift for my 2007 Vogue and I am wondering if there are no issues fitting cornering facelift lights to my 2007 that has cornering lights from factory? Will they work OK? Or I should maybe look for non-cornering ones and switch this feature off somehow in my car? 12 4.4 TDV8 Vogue

2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

I'm not 100% but I don't think there is a direct swap out for the cornering lamps. Mine has a 2010/12 conversion and it doesn't have the cornering lamps any longer. Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

When I had my '07 facelifted, the conversion place told me that I'l lose the cornering lights as the systems were incompatible, so they just fitted regular lights.

I have no real technical knowledge - but that's what I was told by a place that did a lot of conversions.

Not sure you'd need to switch off the function though - I assume the controller might still try to turn on the cornering light, but if it's not connected to anything, it wouldn't matter.....

I replied that I can sell then separately if I find buyer for the trim who does not want sills as I listed them as a package.

But sold as a set.
