Why ....!!!

Been searching the Ad's for a few weeks now looking for either a Sport , FF or even a Disco 4 for around £25k / £30k and have noticed that most of the 11 / 12 plates in the Sport or Disco models come with a 2 year land rover warranty , yet when it comes to the FF models you are very very lucky to find one , any particular reason ???

Just seems odd .... Or are FF's more prone to breaking down 😜😜😜😈

All from main dealers ?

I could see that main dealers still have a stock of old sports but are squeezing out the L322's - therefore more of the L322's are on non-md warranties

Just a theory.......

I bought my 2012 l322 FF from a main dealer last month with 2 year warranty. It was only one of 2 they had in stock.

Remember the warranty they offer is just a generic one that you can get from RAC and the such like for half the price.
It isn't a Land Rover warranty, found this out in my last purchase 1 year left on manufacturers then 1 year on extended, but when I had an issue on the extended they said they need to call the warranty company to check if it was covered. 2010 defender utility

I'm pretty confident that the warranty i got is LR.

When we bought our 2012 FF in December, it came with a full LR warranty. I read somewhere within the LR website/documents that this is company policy for vehicles up to five years old.

If a dealer supplies an aftermarket warranty, it could be that they are not able to guarantee that it has always been serviced within the LR network, perhaps.

the land rover approved warranty is provided by Car care plan not LR themselves. It is pretty comprehensive and I have never had a problem.

However it is not a LR warranty. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
