I wait your outcome with some interest, as mine has a large crack that's not really visible when driving, so I'm loath to have it replaced based in the various problems others have had with new windscreens |

I'm not particularly looking forward to it as it's not as if it can be unbolted and have a better one fitted very easily |

I'm getting mine done at the moment by Autoglass... i asked for a genuine one and they are in the process of finding out if the insurance company (Admiral) will pay, if not I have the option of paying the difference... don't know how much it would be yet but at least it's an option...

Thankfully it's the SC which is only a 2006, not the 2012, I still want it done properly though.

Not an FF, but we have just had a screen fitted to our Freelander 2 HSE, we requested a genuine LR item, they collected it from the local dealer and fitted it! Regards
