Don't think that will polish out. Bt might be worth a try with a tub of farecla g3 from halfrauds. Could always touch it in with gloss black and sand back with 2000 wet and dry and re-lacquer. It depends on how much effort...... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Black nail varnish has been very good at covering up dings like that on guitars in the past.... might be worth a go in an area that is slightly less obvious  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

I like the nail varnish idea and if it looks pants due to fists of ham I'll spray and polish my self .

I had a very similar event last night.... as my seat went back in to the car... the head lamp switch went ping into the back of the car  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Thing aren't they ? next time I might leave the power connected and work on the seat unbolted and move it back and forward to do the jobs . I was going to swap the seat bases but chickened out when I couldn't imediatly see how they unclipped and It had already turned out to be a bit frustrating to change the Peltier cell . 2008 MY Supercharged

I agree that what looks like a straight forward job on paper isn't in real life... I too was thinking about swapping the seat bases, but never got around to it, last week I scored a full set of seats on fleabay, so I just did a swap over of the whole thing. But I did look at the way the seat is put together and having read Rave, I still can't fathom out how to remove the base without a gas axe  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
