Important Software & Vehicle Update

Hi

On the Landrover Topix I notice there is an important bulletin:

Q515 = Pre Job 1 Potential Software and Vehicle Updates

Can anyone enlighten me what this is supposed to fix? I think it is an important fix as I had a call direct from Landrover about the need for my car to have this work done but the caller couildn't allude further details.
