Frozen touch screen 04 vogue td6

Can anyone help un freeze my touch screen as this is driving me MAD!!!!

Disconnect battery -ve terminal, wait 5 minutes, re-connect and see what happens?

Thanks but tried tried this also removed fuse and it didn't fix the problem

Simon I might be on this forum often, since fitting new ABS and DSC sensors I am having all sorts of electronic problems but one thing at a time. The battery reset didn't fix but thanks
