keyless start button replacement


My stop start button has a crack in it and I've got a re-placement part, however I don't know how to get the old part out. Has anyone had to do this before?

Do I need to remove the dash or can you remove the part from the front?

if you look at the new item you'll see where the prongs are and you just lever it out with a plastic spatula or something similar.. ... - .- -.

If you look on Amazon or similar for trim removal tools you'll find tools designed for the job which won't damage the surrounding trim. Current Fleet:-

thanks. That's what I was worried about, the leather around the current broken switch.
