MW - you'll get a rough idea of production date by looking at the manufacturing date on some of the labels on the trim or wiring looms.

I have seen a couple of 51 plate vehicles (registered prior to March 2002) which I think were very early press vehicles, on the road. One of the famous ones is the one in the Bond film Die Another Die which is currently on the road and has been featured in a couple of the Landrover magazines. Current Fleet:-
