early model radio for 2003 L322 upgrade/aux cord

hey so i currently have the early radio, the one without the screen and it's just a digital screen with a select amount of buttons, not the tv screen

the current radio looks like this

i was wondering how i could install an aux cord or possibly upgrade the radio unit?

how much would each of these set me back?
