I noticed when washing the young lady, that water sits around the drivers wiper arm in the scuttle.....

There is a small hole directly under it that connects to a convoluted tube that you can see if you open the bonnet... there is one the other side as well and a hole from the other wiper but it doesn't have a tube... |

the water drains via pipes to the road where it goes down the street drains and eventually comes out as rain in Australia.....
