Key fob battery change

Please excuse my ignorance chaps.
Have read a few threads on here about the above suject can someone tell me if I can just swap the battery in my key fob without any reprogramming?
It's a 2010 RR with keyless stop start .
The vehicle is telling me the battery is low !!

New battery fitted and working !!
