Hi all, I need to put my FFRR in storage for a while (can't keep it at our friends and can't ship it to NZ yet). Does anyone know of a good undercover storage place near Guildford that is secure and doesn't cost an arm and a leg ???

have a google, there are a few storage places which cater to car storage dotted around.

not recommending them or saying they are any good as not used them, but is shows there are places out there. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thanks NMJ, I found that one as well but it is quite a bit more expensive than the one I found in Hereford. But the Hereford one is a bit of a drive for my friends and car transporter isn't that cheap either. We've just put my wife's Evo 6 Makkinen into secure storage near Alton, Hants (15 miles from Guildford). It's a good facility, website here http://www.southlandscherishedcarstorage.co.uk No affiliation other than being a customer.

Stan, Eugene,

I've been traveling back and forth between Wales and Guildford every weekend the for the last month. Given we've never met and logistics would be difficult I won't offer to drive it to Stan's for you. But I could give Stan a lift to your car on the way back and drop him off so he can take it back to his?

I'm heading back later on today (probably leaving Pembrokeshire about 1pm), but doing the same journey next weekend.

(Stan this weekend will definitely be in the FF but I'd better apologies in advance as its been being used for fencing on the farm so not in the usual state of vehicles on this forum. Next weekend I'll either be towing a '95 110 or driving in it so not quite the same levels of comfort...)

If you're interested then drop me a PM, I'll be outside or in the barns most of the morning but will check emails etc before leaving. Ed
