pulled fuse 63 and it all works now , just got to work out which ABS sensor it is now |

On that age of car, good chance it will be one of the Reluctor rings. Fault is logged as abs sensor as previously mentioned, but the rings corrode over time, thus giving nothing for the abs sensor to read from. If the sensor is good, the rings can be purchased without having to buy a complete driveshaft assembly. |

Any quick way of telling which wheel I should look at first ? Not getting any faults shown |

found i can get live data from the BMW tool , getting 0 speed from rear right wheel |
