Second Hand/ IIDs - the going rate?

Not sure whether to sell the non BT IID tool from our 2007 and just not have one or whether to upgrade to a BT version compatible with our 2012.

Had the latest RR for 15 months and never needed one... However, the 2012 is maturing I suppose so just wondering if the 12 months ago quote of £180 from GAP to trade in the current IID for an upgrade one would be a decent swap or whether just to offload it and if so, what do they currently change hands for?
