Frank I find it so sad you hate your eldest son so much you are going to humiliate him in a sport - and the old discovery in a skirt model to boot! |

My first motor was a 1967 HB Vauxhall Viva in baby blue. You could tell it was a mid range model because it had real carpets (base models had rubber) and the height of luxury - an arm rest in the middle of the rear seats. Didnt come with much else, even radios were an optional extra in the 60's... QUID FACIUM TIBI

Frank, you'll like this - my first car was a 1972 VW Variant. Great car, would cruise all day at 70 and was a great place to sleep in the back on top of the warm engine! |

My first car which was given to me by a cousin, prior to returning to Australia. 3 weeks after I got it on the road it failed it's MOT miserably as the chassis was chocolate. Moved onto a 1965 Ford Anglia.
