After much searching for the right ex demo, finally decided it needed to be a new one, so have ordered mine yesterday. Did a bit of shopping around and think I got a good deal in the end.
Problem is I can't decide on colour, well it will be grey but which one? Carpathian looks too dark in some situations so it's Corris or Waitomo.
Interior will be Cirrus with Macassar
Spec is
4.4VSE
Adaptive lights
Fog lights
Wood steering wheel
Drive pro pack
Park heating
Pan roof
Privacy glass
EL washer bottle
Full size spare
Seat covers and boot mat ....in a vain attempt to keep it clean with a Springer spaniel, was looking at load area dividers?
Winged headrests
Think that's it..
But which colour? Any help appreciated
I've just got a stock Corris AB and I wasn't too sure as I thought it maybe a bit dull but it suits the FFRR shape very well and to my eye looks great.
Any grey looks great on this car. I've currently got black which looks brilliant when just polished but in every other respect grey suits this car so well and is very forgiving. Corris would be my preferred colour but all will look great.
Just talked to my dealer about the selected options on my car, reckon I just saved myself £££££'s - should have clocked it before though cant believe that LR have the drive pro pack listed at over £2000, with 2 features of the pack already standard build on VSE? The 3rd feature - adaptive cruise control is listed at £1500 - what is going on LR? Am I missing something? OK all the features may not be standard on Vogue, so LR should get some relevance built into their configurator, they're handy at auto configuring other add ons options so this must be possible.
Also I'm disappointed that my dealer didn't give me a heads up on this and let it go all the way to the order form knowing they were pocketing over £600 before I had to tell them, bad enough, but then they said oh yeah we've had this before and are discussing with LR about policy, how can they sleep at night?
just added deployable tow bar and Waitomo paint so the saving should ease the pain of the extras...still feel miffed though
I have deployable steps too - but don't get on with them - so they are disabled.
Mine doesn't have seat positions set to the keys - which I didn't even think to ask about as I assumed it was standard as all my L322's had it. So I have to open the door & press the seat position button each time we swap drivers.
