Mid / instrument cluster issue

Just wondering if anyone has come across this?

I bought a second hand mid, and fixed the pixels with the ribbon kit successfully.

Everything works on it, radio cd and CDC but the clock and I button don't seem to be interacting with the on board computer ? I know they both have a aconnevtion to the ibus because they are exchanging information!

Also my NavCoder reports the mileage of the car is actually 114,000 not 145,000 as the dash cluster shows, this also ties up with previous mot certificates, as I highly doubt the car actually did 31k in one year as the previous MOT I had done shows.

Anyone has this before? Maybe there is a problem with the on board computer somewhere? Tonight I will read the codes to see if there is any fault showing on Nav Coder... just wondering if the cluster has some sort of programming that hasn't been done??
