Headlight levers

Hi all not sure what sections this goes in.

I'm off to France on Saturday and read some where that the l322 has a lever on each light to adjust the beam instead of the stick on things. I have not idea where this lever is can anyone enlighten me please.

Thanks

Remove the cover from the back of the headlight. The lever is white. Down for the Continent up for UK. Do both lights.
Remember to put them back on your return. Have a good trip. John

As has been said, remove black caps on rear of lights and move lever. I have left mine in Europe setting for a long time before as it just flattens the beam to stop you dazzling oncoming drivers.

Very easy to do though

Old thread ... but is it just me who found these levers really awkward to get to?
Managed it while in the lay-by post-tunnel, but I left some of my knuckles there. :-/

It kills the 35 minute journey time in the tunnel, providing you manage to keep a decent gap to the car in front so that you can squeeze your legs in.

Not true Stan.
I was stopped at the end of a sliproad off the toll road near Dijon at 2.30- 3.00 pm on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
They were doing spot checks, I was breathalysed then told to switch on the lights.
Not a very scientific test but they stood in front of each headlight and asked me to dip them etc.
The queue was pretty long but they didn’t rush.
All was 👍 OK.

I leave mine set to continental all the time and just set the auto lights to LHD on the dash.

Before I go outside and get down and dirty, can anyone tell me if the "lefthookers" have such a lever for when I visit the UK?
