I am in the process of removing the padded lower fascia shroud, I have it all disconnected it is free everywhere except above the glove box.
At the glove box end it is stock under the Passenger air bag panel. Is there retain screws under the airbag panel or is it just clipped in. Rave mentions clips and torx screws holding the lower fascia panel on, but is not real clear on removal procedures.

Problem Solved, a sharp pull was needed to remove, it is hels on by clips and plastic tabs under the airbag part of dash.
