You are correct about the non-injury. Also the car really looked after me. Solid as a rock. I hate to think what would have happened to the other driver if it had been a full head on with 2.5 tonne of motor hitting her.

Assessor looks at her tomorrow but I expect a write off.

PS. Just had a phone call from our insurers saying "you were not at fault" . Knew that but nice to have them says so. Think the video added to the evidence. John

An update. Confirmed as a write off. Not unhappy with the valuation by the assessor. Will await the final settlement and then, hopefully, look for a replacement.

I always maintained that a good Fatty was worth much more than it's actual financial value. And yours was a well-maintained one, John, I know.
