L322 Missing 2 Chrome inserts on Air Vent

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find the small chrome inserts on the air vent knobs, I have two missing ones.

FYI, here is a screen shot of a 2011 dashboard I found on the web. It has the Chrome on the dash vents (I think it does

They do have chrome inserts, I noticed that one was missing when I bought mine and the dealer had to replace the whole vent assembly. Not sure if you can get the chrome insert only.

The Chrome is not avail separately from Land Rover, it comes as a complete vent.

Picked mine up a few weeks back, missing the chrome insert, did anyone manage to find the parts or does it need to bought as a whole unit ?

Mine were missing so removed them from the vents in the rear Three things in a blokes life his dog,his car and a Cornish pasty,nothing else matters.
