Hi all I’m at my wits end now with a continual problem with my headunit every now and again it will randomly restart itself sometimes a faint flash of the orange light other times complete restart with landrover logo displayed and on some occasions an icon comes on the creep with use venture cam now when I havnt even pressed anything! I have replaced the following TCM module, bluetooth module, new touchscreen headunit but still I have this issue. I disconnected my sat nav and noticed the issue went away fir a few days but hey it happened again so not the nav. I have read on the forums that an issue with hybrid TV units could be causing the headunit to randomly restart itself and apparently if you select USA as your default country it cures the issue. Any ideas guys much appreciated.

So have you tried selecting USA for a while

The non touch screen on mine will occasionally reboot ( I have a hybrid tv, now), but it did it when I had the analogue only one as well.

Have you checked for water - anywhere, but especially rear left cubby, and are all your connections clean and shiny? .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember

Yep I have checked all connections all good and clean no more water on right side of boot as had this issue which killed my Bluetooth but now rectified. I have noticed with my IID tool that I have two rear bass door speakers blown could this be causing the issue? Also why the hell do I get on the screen randomly (select venture cam 16 ) when I haven’t pressed anything on the venture cam screen this is really annoying me now.......ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO CAN ADVISE
