There seem to be lots of warnings about this activity, but can anyone tell me if I can safely charge my battery on MY16 Autobiography via the 13pin socket on the towbar using the tow electrics charging adaptor and a CTEK charger.
That's assuming I have enough power to deploy the towbar 2008 Vogue Black - gone

Are you sure it works though ?

The L405 has 2 batteries - and I’m not sure how the cabling works...... I would expect the permanent live to be from the accessory battery rather than the starting battery.

It’s possible that your charging the accessory battery - I guess you’d need to disconnect one of them to know for sure......
