Wheeler Dealers

I’ve seen a number of Wheeler Dealer fans on the site. Seems we’re doubly blessed at the moment, new series with Ant and a French version, which was a big surprise. French version of Mike ( not called ‘Michel’ unfortunately) is less annoying than his English counterpart. Both worth a look but Edd is still the best when it come to actually showing HOW to do something. Ant can be great, but the there’s and edit and it’s done.

France

For fellow Francophones, you can watch episodes in 'catch-up' on:

Thumbs Up
It's "bébéchoon", ackcherly, with accents. 'Steve' to my chums.
20 years ownership of Solihull products, ALL GONE NOW, sniff!
Current motor: Suzuki S-Cross 4WD auto, 1.4 petrol. Oh so reliable! 5 years now and no problems. Oh, all right then, a leaking shocker replaced under guarantee.

Thanks for the links. I don’t get on here as often as I’d like.

The French sure make some cool cars. I knew about the 2CV and the DS, but they’ve introduced me to the Alpine (neat) and the 504 (fantastic). And I’ve still got a bunch of episodes to go. Thumbs Up

Shame they have now taken down the Peugeot 504 link. I picked up a 504 new from the factory at Sochaux in France and kept it for 11 years. It was a great car until rust finally killed it. There are still examples running around the mid east as taxis with a million miles on the clock.
This was a high point for Peugeot who went downhill after that.
It is a pity there are no decent car programs on British TV now.
