I am not happy with the FF today !!

So driving along with 3/4 a tank a fuel , looks a fuel gauge a minute later 1/4 of a tank !!!!!!
Goes to the garage put £30 of diesel in the gauge stays the same and so does the range.
Looks like is off to the specialists again, let hope its an easy fix.

common fault - bad connectors in the fuel tank sender, search here loads on this

Access under back seat.

Sorry Gumball,
I have been searching for the TSB, but can’t find it.
Someone with a better memory will know.
I remember it being about poorly crimped wires on a blue plastic connector and the solution is to just cut out the connector and solder the wires together.

Update this post when solved and I will add the details to my Fault log.
