Thanks Grofus. I arrived back from Normandy on the Wednesday night and was on my way again Thursday morning. I ended up at a job just west of Ennis on the Saturday. Is that far from yourself? |

Totally agree Alistair. I thought my old Amazon could tow but an extra 100 hp or so makes some difference. Like the toy you have on the trailer - used to have a lot of fun with a CJ7 back in the day. Here's a picture of my toy!

I agree Dolph. We do a lot of trailer work so a few extra mpg is worth having. Took a solo trip from home to Donegal and back and achieved 32 mpg without too much trying. With the 4.4 V8 it is tempting to put the foot down once in a while! |
